Pre-press stage

Our pre-print phase is the cornerstone of our production facility alongside the print shop. Our experts who are experienced in package printing use the very latest hardware and software tools to convert your individual design into an ideal print result. At the layout phase, we are of course already happy to give you the benefit of our know-how; we work with you to achieve your goal in a cost-efficient way. This is the right time to discuss all the different finishing possibilities.

The highlights of the pre-print phase are a continuous Artpro/Nexus workflow and a digital rasterproof. We use measuring instruments such as PC Scan Check, densitometer, spectral photometer and a plate measuring device to keep the complex process under the most accurate possible control.

Print form production

To ensure complete flexibility and quality, we manufacture all print forms for UV letterpress, UV flexoprint and UV screen print in-house. In our colour mixing department, your chosen colours are pre-mixed and supplied to the printing machine ready for use.
